Retaid

So is it fine to administer reptaid to an 11 mo. old ambanja cham who is in good health as a preventative? Or should this only be used if there is an issue. I saw some reviews saying already healthy animals became even more lively. So if you can, how much would you give the cham? Thanks to anyone who can give some info

I have used this product on sick reptiles (rescues.) It really does perk them up and more then anything increases their appetite.

When I purchased my Jacksons chameleon from the breeder he advised that I give him Reptaid every month. I have not, as personally I feel that he is in great health and does not need it.

Dosing is done by weight. You will need to get an accurate weight using a digital scale. Amount per weight is listed on the box.

I can be used for both sick and healthy animals. They do seem to perk up after they get some in my experience. The dosing is on the box/bottle, so weigh the animal and figure out how much to give him. You can either squirt it into the back of the mouth (not the front) or inject it into a feeder.
