Reptisun 5.0 Replacement

Has anyone used a UV meter to track the "real" replacement schedule for these lights? The company claims once a year but I've heard every 6 months and every 9 months also. Just wondering.

I havent but I replace mine once a year. I use them between 6 to 9 months of the year though because my animals get housed outside for at least 3 months a year if not a little longer.
