Reptile Zoo in monroe Washington

So i caught wind of a reptile zoo not far from me in Monroe washington. Obviously i want to go! but the reviews on yelp were not to good.. some where good but people who seem educated about reptiles didnt seem to have good things to say. an hour and forty five minute drive and 6 dollars a person admisson seem reasonable but as anyone here been? is it just another dumpy helpless animal trap? or are people being a bit to sensitive about captive animals?

The idea of a reptile zoo excites me but when I actually think about going, I get nervous that its going to be a building full of reptiles in severe need of proper care; living in dilapidated enclosures with the wrong husbandry, no water or inappropriate water (like a standing bowl in a cham cage), or too low or high temps with no humidity.

I don't have the patience for this type of treatment of animals - I cry when I see those 'Sarah Mclachlin' commercials on tv...lol.

So to avoid the gut wrenching experience I 'may' see, I avoid putting myself in a situation where I may see it.
