Do Chamilion randomly make sneezing sounds or is there allways something wrong

Mine do on occasion. If you see your chameleon holding its head up a lot like nose pointing up and or excess mucus in the mouth that with the sneezing could be cause for alarm as it is signs of a URI. Would you mind filling out a health care questionnaire so we can overview your husbandry in case there are serious causes for alarm?

• Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
• Location - Where are you geographically located?

Any white crust around his nose and nostrils?

Reptiles have a gland that excretes excess salts in their nasal passages. Before I switched to using filtered water and now RODI water, my cham would "sneeze" to clear the gland excretions.

Just something to look for.
