Just wanted to let anyone in the area know, there is a great reptile/amphibian rescue in the Seattle, WA area called Repti-Rescue. I have adopted a few animals from them in the past, and I have known a few people who have surrendered their animals to them as well, and they always take great care of the animals they have. They work with some great vets in the area, and do a wonderful job rehabilitating animals and finding them great homes, with educated owners.
I just thought I would pass their email address on since I have seen a few posts of people looking for new homes for their chams. I definitely recommend checking them out
