Repticon soon! Yay!

Most likely going to Repticon soon. Looking forward to it. I guess it would depend on the location, but for those of you who've ever been to it, please let me know your experiences. I wish that I could bring, Tricky with me (very friendly and mellow jackson chameleon) but even though he'd probably be fine in terms of just hanging on my shoulder (and head) I am sure all of the reptiles would be stressful.

What's the most memorably experience that you've had at Repticon? Also just to be clear, I am not necessarily expecting the most amazing time, and I don't even plan to stay very long. lol

Lol. I've only been once and it was last Sunday. It was pretty awesome. The majority was snakes, but they had a lot of geckos too, (which is what I have most of) and there was a bit of chameleons there also. They had this one Jackson that was so gorgeous, I almost bought him. But I didn't have anywhere to put him ;_; you meet a lot of cool people though, a lot of people that just have that general interest and love for reptiles, and that's what I loved you know?

I go to the one in Columbia, SC. Thats actually where I ran into my panther. But our show is 95% snakes. I mainly go if I'm needing some hornworms, new branches, UVB lights, etc. I've only seen panthers at ours a couple of times, and they were 1-5 months old, and started around $450+, lol. I stumbled into my panther who was a consignment sale, for $150.

Well so far good news, my friend is coming with me. He is mainly interested in seeing snakes and for whatever reason particularly wants to see venemous snakes, But not handle them of course. lol
