so i have this on my bearded dragon...it was 6 months yesterday and i totaly forgot to order one...so its wont be here till friday at least...the weather is rainy and really humid...plus its only like 70 degrees........it still turns on, but will it give off enough rays????

i know he can last a week without uvb...but i just to make sure.

Bulbs don't ALWAYS go out at the 6mo mark.

Perhaps it's time to purchase a UVB meter?

You can always take him outside, even if it is rainy. UVB still passes through.

why would i take an animal that needs a cool end of the tank in the low 80's out side in 60 to 70 deghree weather in the rain......(stress beyond belife!)

okay good...cause i heard someone had bulb that lasted 9 months almost....and im only 14 with two herps so i dont need to shell out 200+ on a uvb meter...but thabks for the advise.
