Reminder on temps and humidity please??

Have tried searching but I'm getting all sorts of answers.

Trying to find correct basking temp for a 14month old panther cham.

Finding 85, 90, low 90s CONFUSED!

THEN I also read that panther chams don't need a lot of humidity??

So can you experienced panther cham owners please advise:

Correct basking temp
Correct humidity level

for a 14month old panther cham please??

There is a ton of variation depending on source. Personally for my panther I have a basking spot of about 95, with ambient temps (the rest of his cage) from 75 at the bottom to 85 near the top. I try to keep humidity around 60%.
