Red and Blue

Just adopted a couple panthers from a gentleman who could no longer care for them and they are settling in nicely.
First up we have Red. He's an ambilobe but not looking too hot right now. He has an RI so he will be going to the vet immediately. He was also dehydrated so he drinks like waters going out of style. A little TLC should help him bounce right back and he has been eating.

Next up is Blue.
He seems to be doing well and no problems. I originally thought him to be a Nosy Faly but I was told by a friend he looks to possibly be crossed with ambanja. Any input would Be great. He just started a shed this morning so maybe some new color will show.

It the way he is standing. He's a bit thin and so his legs look funny but there isn't anything actually wrong with it.

oh thats good to hear . ya i see he is skinny and severely dehydrated like i said you are a good person for taking them wish you the best.

That amibilobe is going to look nice when he rebounds. All he needs is some h20 & a good diet. His colors are going to be insane!

The guy said he is like fire truck red all over before he got sick. He's been drinking will and my wife has been giving him showers. Right now gut loaded roaches are what he seems to like best

awe glad you took him in. He does look a little rough. Looks like most of his spikes are gone? I cannot see Blue. Maybe it is my computer. It is awfully slow tonight and it might still be downloading. I took in a Sambava that was not cared for the best either. He came to me with edema and still has it. I am taking him outside everyday. Feeding him with a variety of feeders, doing everything I can but he just seems to be the same. He did shed his whole body and his colors look better but I guess I was expecting miracles and they are not happening. Atleast your guy is thin and you should be able to rectify that. Good luck with him and the other panther!

That red boy will be smoke'n hot when he comes back.Try adding toms Dinofuel to your suppliment schedule. Did you get any back ground on the sire &dam The bottom one could be a nosy-cross Reguardless of the blood lines those boys are a sweet addition to your collection.

The guy didn't know a lot about chams. He got them when they were 3 or 4 months old. Said he didn't remember the name or anything haha.

Thank you! The red was is going to the vet this week as he is a bit under the weather so hopefully in a couple weeks he will be double wow ;)

Theyre awesome, I love the red on that Ambilobe! I cant wait to see him when he has recovered.

I got a Faly in the same condition as him (my avatar pic). He bounced back brilliantly with some proper lighting, vitamins and plenty of food and water. It only took around a month or so until he was fully fit and is now the best Faly in my collection so I think the same will happen for red as your clearly gonna give him the much needed attention he deserves. Well done for taking him on. Blue is awesome too, he looks like an Ambanja or possibly Falybanja cross. :D

Forgot to add, get them out in that Arizona sunshine and watch their colours just explode!!!
