Recent Mistking customer service experience

I had a problem about a week ago when an electrical storm took out my mistking ac adapter and I was forced to go back to the primitive hastle of hand misting once again. I sent Marty over at mistking a pm and he was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot my problem. Once it was determined what the problem was he had a new chord sent out to me asap. If anyone out there is looking at getting one of these systems, I know first hand mistking stands by what they sell and has excellent customer support if ever needed. Thanks again Marty

Marty is AMAZING with his customer service! I had an issue not getting some pieces through one of his distributors and contacted Marty and he fixed the problem immediately! I had my parts in a few days, and I LOVE my MistKing!
