I've one chirping cricket in the corner of my bedroom. He hasnt been fed or watered in just under three weeks now. How on earth is he still alive? I've sprayed air freshener, anti perspirant and now blasting that corner with chilly cold air. He's still chirping. Unfortunately, he's in a very difficult to reach area. Arghh. Please help?

All of my escaped crickets died quickly and I found their little dried out corpses in my spare bathroom. Any that didn’t head for the bathroom were quickly dispatched by my bored house cats. Hoping they’ll get the roach that I dropped yesterday. Have you tried a white noise machine? Ear plugs? ASMR?

Wow. They die faster than that waiting to be fed to a lizard.
This (aside from the stank) is why I don't use crickets as a feeder.

Not a believer in white noise. Vacuum cleaners all the way ?

I bought Diatomaceous Earth to try it, but haven't used it yet.
I've set 2 taps loaded with food and molasses too. Sadly, to no avail!
