Re-potting?

Hello all...I just got two Ficus trees to put in my cham's cages..I know that I am going to give them a good washing, but was wondering what I should repot with? Thanks in advance.

Organic soil is best, and cover the soil with river rock to prevent any consumption.

i do the same thing! he doesnt really care to eat it though, or any plants for that matter.

I had someone come into work the other day saying they lined their chams cage with !?sand?! regular sand. i talked to him about the risk of impaction ect, but he said he had him for over 2 years and didnt need me telling him what to do. i just hope he doesnt eat the sand that stuff must be awful if ingested

As far as the actual potting process goes, I go by advice from a fellow member to prevent root rot. Pretty much just pack the soil ridiculously tight to prevent any kind of root rot.
