What do I do with this pothos??

I bought this off of a lady downsizing her plants, I got home and realized it wasn’t as bushy as I first thought it was and is actually two long vines lol. I’ve only dealt with golden pothos so far and I know that you can pin the vines down and have new nodes grow into the dirt. Id it the same with this one? Should I move it to a bigger pot and try to coil the vines around the soil? Thank you for any replies in advance.

First off this is not a pothos. Looks to be a heart shaped philodendron. They root the same way pothos do. If you are putting it into a veiled cage I would not use it though. Root them before you put in the soil. Cut them back in sections like 6 inches at the nodes. Root in water. Make sure it has a substantial root to it then plant back into a clean pot with organic dirt with the original plant. Take down all the excess dirt on that original plant. Cutting the two vines down will stimulate it to start new growth.
