looks to much on the yellow side should be bright white but ill add ive seen oranger... spray 4 times a day for a few minutes you want it dripping that dont work try a dripper. a shower may help hydrate him. put him on a plant in the shower aim the head at the wall so only the mist falls on him luke warm water not hot not cold.
try that like 30 mins, stay there dont leave your child unattended in the bathroom lol.

I saw him drink a couple of times but now I never see him drink, i have a dripper dripping slowly onto a plant, but he never leaves his vine, is he dehydrated? he isnt as green as he was when i got him 5 days ago

How old is he? Is that him in your avatar? If you have only had him 5 days he is probably still settling in. Are you misting him twice a day as well as providing the dripper? Is that the first time he's pooped since you had him? If so then a little yellow in the urate is ok. The longer the urate is held in the body, the more water gets absorbed from it, thus making it yellow. You will notice that the last bit to leave the body is always very white. My male Veiled would only poop every week or so and he always had a little yellow/orange at the start of his urate, even though he drank at every misting and more in between. I would try giving him longer misting sessions for a couple of days and see how he does. Sometimes it can take a while for them to realise they should be drinking when you mist. It doesn't need to be constant either - leave a few seconds between squirts and the cage doesn't get so wet either!

the problem is i leave for work at 6 am and get home at 4:20 pm so i dont have a lot of time to mist him, which is why i am getting an automatic one, and yes that is his first poop since ive had him, and im not sure how old he is. yes that is him in my avatar

An automatic mister is a good choice if you can't be there for the morning misting. I mist my two after their lights have been on for about an hour to give them chance to warm up a bit first.
