Randel chilling in his tree.

I thought Randel was hiding and could not see me, but as walked closer, he was watching me- watching him- watching me .....................
He allowed me to clean up some of the little twigs too.
He was also hanging out on his yum yum tree (orange). Over the last week he has pruned off most of the leaves while doing the twist.

I can’t see him Hee Hee Hee. Very good camouflage!!!!!

Very interesting photos!
Good looking chameleon too!
JMO The fiscus is waiting for full sun season. All those little twigs were alive last year and my intent is to make a mushroom shape tree that will shade a pond under the left side of it. That is where the turtles and fish are.... I do a lot in a little patio and constantly moving stuff around.

I have seen many awesome outdoor habitats, here in the forum, and that might be an option in the future, as I continue with my downsizing.

Common Red Eared Sliders.. What one or 7 ? :)

This is Mama turtle (I have had her for 15 years and she was already an adult) she is a little different than most. She follows me around the patio area and if I am sitting she will sit on my feet (always in wearing shoes). When she is getting ready to lay eggs, she will scratch at the patio door. Then I have to dig a hole and place her in it and she will lay her eggs. Cheap labor for her.. :) I got rid of the males a few years ago but helped my son and took his juvi turtle.. I guess it is a he with shorter nails and tail than other males. I already knew that females could lay up to 2 years fertile eggs but we were past that timeframe. The 7 were found a few weeks ago.

A few years back I would take the hatching eggs into classrooms to share. The children almost liked it as much as me---ha ha

I love them...when someone else owns them.
I cant believe you have to dig the hole of her!! They have a lot of personality!

I had a lot of tortoises though...three toed, hinge backs, three keeled, etc.

They're so cute I can hardly handle it!!

Tortoises have much more personality.
I have had Sulcatas and currently just have 1 Rascal the California Desert Tort.
He is about 6 times the size in photo now. I adopted as hatchling about 5 years ago..

Your more than welcome to have a couple. Plus, great parent bonus points when you give them to your daughter.. haha

Awesome......especially the last pic of his snack👌🏻

Pic 1- Randel cleaning up the bottom leaves.
Pic 2- Randel seeing his son Saul for the first time. Who's your Daddy?
Pic3- Randel seeing one of his Daughters (name will be given when adopted out).
NOTE: Many of the babies had a tiny hump where Randel has one. He has never had a burn and the little girl here seems to carry that trait. Weird and cool at the same time.
