Rah, my miracle mellers is gone

It has been several days but this is the first time I could admit to the forum my little miracle meller Rah is gone. Rah never grew as a mellers should his clutched mates doubled his weight by 4 months. Several of the others from the clutch didn't grow but they died by 3 to 4 months.
Rah hatched 8/18/11 and died 10/13/12. He weighted 3 grams when he arrive home to me and only 86 when he died. I will never why he died. I had finally started to relax and think he was going to make it. Once he finally started to gain weight his little body just couldn't take it. Goodbye my beloved Rah.

I know there is nothing anyone can say to make the pain any less, it never is easy.
You did an amazing job with Rah and gave him a longer life than we know he would have had anywhere else.
I will miss all the conversations and comments on all of Rahs lil tuff days and silly antics.

Oh Laurie, I'm so sorry. I remember pictures of Rah when you first got him. He was one of the reasons I started my Mellers project (still in the works). RIP Rah.

I'm so sorry to hear this Laurie. Rah might have been smaller, but he seemed larger than life to me. He'll be missed, but is enjoying the sunshine over the rainbow bridge.
