I'm curious if anyone on here is using these bulbs if so which one the tropical 25 or the desert 50? I ask because I get score some for free from their rep. Nothing beats free!

Forget free because they are not the kind of bulbs you want to use for a chameleon, especially the desert series one. Get the Reptisun 5.o tube(not the compact) and alls you will need along with that is a regular white housebulb and the wattage will depend on age the chameleon so you can achieve the desired basking temp.
