how come nobody mixes veileds with any other breeds? be nice i have a veiled i think the world of, and yes i realize there cheaper thats the only excuse i could think of myself.

yea like i see noseys crossed and panthers crossed dont think i seen a veiled crossed with any other kind of chameleon?
so yea like cross breeding.

Well one reason is probably because breading different types of Panther's is still breading within the same species.
Your talking about breading different species together. It is possible with some very closely related species and in fact there's a recent thread about that on this forum. The feelings about that are rather mixed. Generally though most chams of different species can mate but not produce viable offspring. Just for fun let's see a Meller's and maybe some pygmy species.

It would either eat it as a snack or I hope to god the female would be the Meller....

People cross breed panthers for different coloring. Crossing the species of a veiled and panther would most likely result in infertile clutches.

lol i see now i guess i was thinking of different chams like different dogs you know within size of course. do u know which thread that was id love to read it.
