Quick question!

I bought a tube strip light for my umbrella plant I have in my cage. It's a philips plants and aquarium light that is the 15 watt 18 inch T8 with 410 lumens. Is this the correct light to buy for the plant??? Please let me know as soon as possible as I am out of the house right now and will go back to Home Depot if I got the wrong thing. Thank you!!!

I can't remember if aquarium plants need the same thing as land plants... will be checking.

Do you know the kelvin rating on it? If it's an aquarium light it shouldn't be an issue with anything other than it may have less red and blue wavelengths in it already so it may not help as much with blooming flowers.

hey andee,
it says plants and aquarium light on it, so maybe for both? and i do not have any blooming flowers, just a large umbrella plant.
