Quick help with a purchase

i got this water conditioner off ebay but it seen different from what i used before on a original example.. Also there no seal on the top.. Anyone that got these before notice a seal?

nobody recondition the water for their champ? that can answer if this come with a seal... Would need to pass by a store then.

If the seal is broken don't use it.

I don't use any water conditioners because I use reverse osmosis water.

It is a filter system that is capable of trapping 99% of solids in water by using a semi permeable membrane as the filter. I used it when I was keeping a saltwater tank.

I used plain distilled for my pygmy viv but that may be to expensive to buy by the gallon all the time.
