Questions about sample diet for a chameleon

Hey everybody, I have had a Fischer Chameleon for about 2 weeks now. He is about 8 months and still growing. We've been feeding him crickets and wax worms up until this point. I would say like 70% crickets, 30% wax worms. What would be a good sample diet for my chameleon? What type of insects do you currently feed to your chameleons, and how often do you feed each type of insect to them?

An example of an answer would be like " My chameleon diet consists of 30% crickets, 25% silkworms, 10% house flies, etc...". Also, if you happen to know any websites that have sample diets for chameleons please let me know. Thanks for your help everybody!

Variety is the key to an appropriate diet.

I feed hornworms, silkworms, fruitflies, house flies, crickets, occasional freshly shed superworms, and butterworms. I'm sorry I cannot really break it into a percent for you. Crickets & silks would be my staples (fed more days in the week), horns next, and the others for treats (maybe 1 or 2 meals per week). I find my panthers are the only chams in my collection which will eat leaves from their ficus trees occassionally as well.

I wasn't sure if house flies are safe for them. Is it okay to catch them as they come in the house and feed? Or do you have another method.
