Ok Mia is 7 months old now and she's had her adult colors for a round two months. I am aware of signs she's ready to lay/egg bound thanks to the help from people on here. 
I have some more questions, how long does it take for chameleons to go from being ready to lay and actually laying the eggs? How will i know when she's finished? How much calcium should be given afterwards and how long for? Should it be calcium with or without D3? Do i feed her more than normal? She normally eats between 4 to 6 insects a day. Do i take the eggs away right away?
I have play sand in a bucket in her viv but i want to put some soil in too, what soil to use? Sorry for all the questions im just trying to get ready for when she lays so nothing goes wrong.
