Im not looking into breeding or raising any cham babies at all, this is just out of general curiosity but if you have a gravid female cham and after she lays her clutch of infertile eggs, what do you do with them? is it ok or normal in a natural habitat if the female eats the infertile egg or two for protean or to gain strength after laying? if not then how long do you wait after she has finished laying do you remove the eggs so as to not cause further stress to her?

if she lays infertile eggs, and you are sure they arem you can just throw them out
ive never herad of her eating them, just give her some extra calcium, maybe a drop o fliquid calcium.
as for how long, give her a few days after she laid to make sure she wont lay more. then dig up and toss

like I said I dont have a female nor am I looking to own one, just out curiosity sake. but thanks for the quick response in anycase.:)
