Question For Other Jacksons Owners

So I've had my guy for about 3 months now and I was wondering what resting colors are your Jacksons? My guy seems to be a really dark green inside his cage, but when I take him outside, he turns pretty bright green. His cage is sitting on top of my dresser in my room, not to much activity during the day. His humidity sits around 50-80% depending on the time since the last spray. His basking temp is 100 with ambient of 65 at the coldest point. I've included pictures of him outside, in cage, and the cage set up itself.

When I first take my guy outside he turns the colors in my avatar. I have to get a picture quickly because as soon as he figures where the sunlight is coming from he turns dark on that side. I don't have the exact same species you have so not the exact same colors. In his cage under the lights he's more dark until he gets warmed up then he stays greener for a while.
What are your cage temperatures?

Basking spot is 100 and lowest temp is 65-70

Wow, I thought it might be low but that is too high. You want it to be around 85˚F for an adult male. Try dialing it back with a lower wattage bulb and see if that doesn't change his colors.
