I know the black soldier fly larva has very high calcium levels, especially the darker worms.  They're a great feeder whether in larva form or fly form.  The blue bottle fly spikes are the ones in question, I recall their calcium/Phosph balance being way out of whack in larva form (but ok in fly form).   I hope someone who can give a more scientific explanation chimes in
