First off let me say thanks - this forum is so full of valuable information - I'm an old newbee having owned a chameleon in the early 70's when I was a youngster and my family was living in Ethiopia and my father was working for USAID. When I was given an 2 week old baby Jackson the info here kept the little guy alive (fingers crossed- he's two and 1/2 months old)
I do have a question that I could not find an answer to in the care sheets.
I recently moved my Panther into a bigger cage and I'm thinking that I should upgrade the light fixture (it's an 18 inch long and I was thinking of going to 24 ) I know I need to change my bulbs every 6 months - the one that is in there is less than 3 months old - can I use it for 3 months in about 3 months for my Jackson when he's due for his light change ?
