Question a about shedding

My panther chameleon has now shed twice in a month. Just wanted to know if this is normal and if not can you guys advise.

When they are young they'll shed a lot because they are growing. As they get older and their growth stalls, they shed less often to maybe once every few months.

why wouldnt it be normal? they shed to grow maybe it has reached a growth spurt now.

Yah my little Vick is now 5 months so I'm assuming this is normal. Thank you so much for the reply.
