Query about wood as decoration in Enclosure

I am trying to setup a nice habitat for my baby nosy be. I have not been able to get grape vine, but have found ivy vine that I plan to clean. It isn;t alive anymore so has no leaves. Is this ok?

Also I have found other bits of fallen wood that would be ideal (in a English wood). Not sure the type of wood it is though. If it is cleaned would it cause an issue?

Also I have found a nice wood stumb that I can seat various ficus on. However, the wood is damp. If I dried it out, could I use it? Or would it harbour bacteria etc...

They should be ok.
Personally i stick to either Oak or branches from large Buddleia shrubs.

Just remember that any unsealed wood is going to get wet repeatedly in a cham's cage, so will eventually rot or harbor mold. Wood with a lot of fissures or cracks could provide hiding places for loose feeders or mites. If you clean and disinfect the wood regularly you should be OK (after all, many of us use natural branches in our cages too). If you want to use the stump to set pots on you may be better off to seal that wood against water.
