It is probably best to separate them in a completely different room. Parasites travel threw their eggs. So make sure that you disinfect everything after you are with your new (better then panther) chams. There are many possible ways that you can infect your other chams, and some of them being by not washing your hands, water running into one cage then another and a feeder picking up the eggs. They are all smaller chances, and I think the most common is with your hands not being cleaned well enough. I would try to have them on the most opposite side of the room if you can't keep them in another room altogether. Im sure other people with give you more info but that is all I can think of now.
