Im getting a 1.3 group of pygs in feb and have these two species available to mee. just wondered if anyone thought one would be better than the other and i will be breeding aswell. The tank is 50+ gallons so quite big for pygmies

Bearded Pygmies (Rhampholeon brevicaudatu) are a little easier, from what I've been reading (I am in the process of designing a cage for them so I can get so early next year too, lol).

Hi Bradley, I keep both species the only difference really is that the Kenyans (Kerstenii) can take it a bit warmer than the Brevs. They are both hardy species if you can get CB. All the best with them Heatherxxx

We get a fair amount of them in Canada, so they might not be too hard to come by in the States.
