Pygmy is laying again!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone well today is exactly 4 weeks from when she laid her first clutch so hopefully Luna(female bearded pygmy) survives this. I don't want her to pass on me after laying her second clutch. Wish us luck.

I looked in her cage and her head is in the soil and the male is watching her hehe

Well i just came home from the grocery store and Luna had just finished covering up the digging hole. Here are some pics i included from today and may i say that 3 eggs were laid today which im really happy because i lost 3 eggs from the first clutch. Wish me luck with these now.

Also, when i put them in one of those little white screened enclosures i will use for some of my veiled babies while i was digging up the eggs, the male tried to breed with her again!!! Isnt that crazy? I am most likely getting another female on Tuesday

Yes she is a busy girl and the male relies all on her so im getting another female.

The incubation time is around 90 days.

i have 6 pygmies, 5 females and 1 male, and he keeps them knocked up constantly. got quite the project going on with him. heehee. you may want to think about even getting a third female if he keeps up his labito lol

Put it in a deli cup with some moist vermiculite.

Do female lay the eggs at the same time? When would i know when she is done laying them? So far there is only 1 egg.
