So I saw my pygmy chameleon digging a while back in her enclosure and once I noticed she had finished digging I went looking for them. But at first I couldn't find anything. So I figured she's just digging for fun. Then after 2-4 weeks I decided to take the whole enclosure down to look for eggs (Due to their rapid reproduction cycles). Anyways I found 3 healthy eggs despite the weeks in my homemade substrate with spring tails, fruit flies, gnats, and crickets. I took the eggs out placed them in perlite, within a container and then placed the container in a Styrofoam box to keep a constant room temperature (To prevent fluctuations). They are now placed in a dark place.
For those looking for pygmy eggs...I found mine very close to the top. The deepest part in the enclosure is about 3.5 inches. She only dug like an inch and a half.
Now time for pictures!
