what can a pygmy chameleon eat besides cricket can eat meal worms and what size does the crickets have to be

1/4 inch crickets are best suited for pygmies, and make sure you dust them with a calcium and vitamin supplement (Repashy Calcium Plus ICB works well). My pygmies will also eat D. hydei fruit flies on occasion, as well as bean beetles, rice flour beetles, house flies, and wax moths. If you can get your pygmies to eat them, phoenix worms are also very beneficial (especially for females).
