Pygmies @ Petco?

A coulpe weeks ago I went to petco to get some crickets, I thought oh Im just gonna go see if they have any chameleons. I went over and they had Pygmies?!?! I didnt see any in the cage though.


Is this normal for Petco to have Pygmies?

I've never seen any in my area (midwest), though I avoid big-box pet stores like the plague.

I've never heard of pygmies in Tucson Petco's, (I used to work at Petco) although I repeatedly told them if they are going to keep chameleons, get pygmies. As they can sell more of the better equipment for pygmies.

No problem, i moved it for you. it seems like a ton of pygmies are showing up everywhere. Not sure why the sudden flood but there does seem to be a good amount of the around.

I hope more rare species become captive bred to stop WC and also so I can buy them when I'm ready
