putting on the final touches....please help

hi all,
i am finishing up my new enclosure. i am doing a potted bottom in order to house a bunch of natural plant life. My question is... i know there shouldnt be "substrate" at the bottom of the enclosure but in this case its not avoidable. so i know to cover it with large rocks, but is there any other things i need to do or consider before i put my cham into his new home.

Where is al your water going to drain to, your going to have to have a way for all the excess water to get out so bacteria doesnt set in.

yeah, i have drains at the bottom of the basen and a bucket as a catch underneath. if yuo take a look at some of my othe posts you will find the pics.
