Carol he is a Maltese, Cheryl has him as he has lots of problems. The splints are to correct his front legs so hopefully he will be able to walk. She is also tube feeding him as he does not know how to nurse.

She takes in lots of rescue puppies like Elliott. Without her love and devotion, these tiny pups would not have a chance at life. But wait until it comes time to place him in a forever home. She is like us, sure tugs at the heart to see them leave.

good luck with the baby@ did it work?

he is doing GREAT !!! still very tiny- 6 oz at almost 8 weeks, you can see by the pic- he is not real big- lol that is a slice of bread - he is 2 1/2 " tall at the shoulder :)

O.M.G. True definition of a pocket puppy.

I know how hard it can be to give them up, I used to foster German shorthaired pointers. it was hard to send them to new furever homes, but so rewarding.

I just worked hard to remember it wasnt my dog, that i was just babysitting until the real parents showed up.

:)

Kudos to you!
