Puke or poo?

My Cham has either pooped a full waxworm or puked it up.. It was fully intacted but was all slimy.. Was just wondering anyone could shed a bit of light on this?

i would think it threw it up if it went through their system it would be.. well poop i would think

What could cause this? Over eating?

I've seen almost intact waxworms in stuff that was definitely poop. They are okay as an occasional treat, but not good nutritionally. Think of them as cham candy!

Sorry, didn't mean to patronise! I give mine a couple of waxworms a day, because I'm still worried she's too skinny and it's good to see her eat something! When she poops in a damp bit of the viv her poop falls apart, but if it hits a leaf, it stays pretty intact. Chameleon poop is so disgusting...

Yea this didn't look like poop it just looked like it had been spat out!

I found one and thought it was an escapee, before realising it was laid next to some urates! Yummy!
