Potential problem with newly aquired Nosey Be

So I have had my new cham for 2 days and so far he's be acting and eating quite healthy but I recently witnessed him almost yawning and to the point where it looked like he was going to throw up. So I just turned my mister on and he seemed to calm down...I had also just shut off the heat and uvb. Any idea's?

(previous owner told me lights on at 9 and off at 9) is this correct?

Been feeding crickets and silk worms properly dusted.

Was this only one time or have you noticed it a lot? Chameleons are impressive yawners and sometimes it can look like they're having trouble, but it shouldn't be something that occurs frequently. Please fill this out so we can get an idea of your setup and any potential problems you may have or will be having:

Chameleon Info:

* Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
* Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
* Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
* Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
* Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
* Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
* History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:

* Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
* Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
* Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
* Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
* Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
* Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
* Location - Where are you geographically located?

Okay Male Nosey be roughly 3.5-4 months, been In my care for 2 days, Been feeding morning, afternoon, night yesterday I was using crickets, and today I used silk worms (5 fed, throughout day silk worms are eating chow)lightly dusted with calcium phos free and d3 free. haven't handled the cham at all since in my care as I want him to adapt,I'm using rep cal brand. Watering I have a habba mist, with the remote nozzle and I also use a dripper cup about 2 times a day in between mistings. (misting is 30 seconds every 3 hours). all fecal matter looks fine. Cage is a fresharium not sure the specs but he has the right amount of space. For humidity I use an umbrella plant and wrapped the back half of the fresharium in saran wrap. located in my room near a window but not effected by the window, he is roughly at my chest level (I'm 6'2). I due tend to keep the fan on very low for air flow, and its a very non traffic area.
