Hi and welcome. I do see a bit of swelling. What does the inside of his mouth look like? Are you able to get any pics? If it is mouth rot, a vet visit will be needed to get him started on antibiotics.

I can’t tell much from that photo. However, I would say to take him for a vet visit and they can diagnose and get treatment started before it becomes more complicated.

here are some better ones. I plan on taking him anyways to get him checked for parasites and get his mouth checked out

i feel bad handling him so much, don't want to stress him out on top of it. i've been doing calcium with vitamin a once every other week as well as regular calcium dusting every feeding. my mist king goes off 4 times a day for 1-2 minutes each time. the enclosure is outside so regular uvb. im 90% sure hes an ambanja but he is wild caught from in florida. here's a picture of him if anyone can clarify if he may be something else

The bottom of his mouth looks ok to me. The top by the guns is questionable though. Yes! Definitely he needs a fecal parasite check since he is wild caught. The end half of his tail looks bruised. Is he moving and using it ok?
Instead of calcium with vitamin A, it would be better to use a calcium without D3 at every feeding and a multivitamin with preformed A one feeding every other week. Reptivite is a very good choice. If he’s outside you’ll want to make sure to get the one without D3.

he is moving and using the tail well, i think it was just the angle of the photo with the flash here's another photo with the tail. I'll book a vet apt to to get him checked out. even tho he is wild caught i'd prefer to make sure he's super healthy so i'll get to have him for a while. any guesses on his age . i was just assuming arounf 5 -6 months or so
