Possibly Egg Bound Veiled

I've had my girl Rambo for a little over two years. Up until this point I've had about 3 lays of infertile eggs with no problem. Sometimes she lays them all over the cage other times she will dig. About a month and a half ago I bought a male panther, Mongo, who is in the same room as her cage is. She is extremely huge and has ventured to the bottom of the cage to lay. I have a large Tupperware filled with a mix if moist organic soil and sand with greenery around it to hide her. She has not eaten for at least a week now and has had no real interest in digging. She just lays in the Tupperware. She is so huge she cannot even balance on a branch. My question is how long can it take for her to lay? (other times it was quick, a couple of days) Could she be threatened by seeing my panther now and not laying? I've got her as secluded as possible in her cage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have taken her and soaked her in about 1" of warm water this morning, which always helped my bearded dragons. She seemed to enjoy it and perked up both her color and attitude.
