My chams been making making a sneezing sound and seems to have his mouth open a fair amount of the time not to sure what’s going on :/

yea I second the vet idea because popping or sneezing sounds usually means RI

If he has a respiratory infection and it sounds like he does he needs antibiotics from the vet ASAP. Do you know of a good reptile vet?
We might be able to locate one in your area.
In the mean time increase the temperatures in his enclosure a couple of degrees to increase his metabolism and boost his immune system.
