Possible reasons for lethargy?

My new Jackson's chameleon has been in his new home for about two weeks now. I am slightly concerned because the past three days or so he has been very inactive and lethargic. He has basically been basking all day and the temperature in his basking sopt is about 82. His color is solid lime green which is good, but I am worried because he has not been eating drinking or climbing. What are some possibilities for lethargic chameleons. He did have quite a feast of fatty worms before he started doing this. Could he just not be hungry?

How old is he? I know Jacksons require lots of humidity. I'm on my phone and can't post it for you, but there is a How to Ask for Help form that could shed some light for others to chime in on.
