Possible mouth problem

Your pictures are so blurry I am not really sure what you are worried about, but I do know how we all worry when we are unsure of whether or not something looks normal. I wonder if he is about to shed the scales around his mouth. Or maybe he shed the rest, just not the ones right at his lip line. Could that be what you are concerned about?

He hasn't shed for a while but he's had this lump for around a week. I kept an eye on it but it hasn't gone away. He will shed soon because his scales on the head are getting flaky like they do when he's about to shed. He doesn't seem bothered by it but I might ask the Cham owner at the store tomorrow.

If it is right at the lip, pull the lip down so you can see the inside of the lip and the gum line. It might just be the scale is getting ready to shed and has lifted a bit. If the inside of lip and gum is normal--and you can compare that to the lip/gum elsewhere in the mouth, I wouldn't worry about it.
