so after 2 days of hunting poop i finally found one!
i guess the poop is ok but what do you think about urates ?they are white but i can see an orange bit there ? is this normal ?not well hydrateted ?

The urates are not extremely orange but I would still increase misting or use a dripper to make sure your chameleon gets plenty of water.

How long was it since his last poop? I ask, because my old male Veiled would only poop every 10 days or so and, despite drinking every day, his urates always had a little yellow/orange bit on the end. The longer the urate stays in the body, the more water gets absorbed from it, this the part that has been retained inside the body for longer will have less water content and be more yellow/orange in appearance.

Its not real bad. But I like to see it whiter. As JannB said increase the mistings and dripper for more hydration.

i increased it since yestarday but i dont see him drink so much ! the 1st day i got him i saw him drinking from leaves, than a few days he fired up his tongue for the water drop from leaves, now i see him drink from the bottle i spray water !per total he really drank , should i change the water?i use bottled water

86-90 f to basking spot and 71-75 ambiental

I think I would try to increase the basking spot to 95. And the ambient to 75 +. He is an adult already so he needs heat. I would be less worried about the ppop at this point but his coloration. How old is he you said?

he is 5 almost 5 months

here is a pic i took right now

Ok. Pretty young. So maybe not too high temperatures. But when they are juveniles, they usually display a bright green overall, grey is sometimes only. Humidity level? How does he react to additional misting? What cage do you have? Maybe you fill out the question sheet?
