poop issue?

Cage Info:
* Cage Type - 2'x2'x4' wire mesh LLL Reptile cage with paper towels at the bottom to catch the poop & absorb some of the water.
* Lighting - 24" Reptisun 5.0 linear + 12 watt standard CFL (8am-8pm timer). On Saturdays I open the window & blinds in the AM so she can get sunlight but she still has areas of her cage that she can go to to get out of the sun.
* Temperature (Fahrenheit) - 75 watt ceramic emitter 9-10" from basking spot 90 during the day, 80 at night (it is on a heat detector thing that shuts off if it gets over the specified temp). Temp in the cage varies from 70-90 degrees. Night temps seem to be around 65-70 except the basking spot which is kept at 80 at night.
* Humidity - Not sure of the exact levels but the mister is on from 6am-9am, noon-3pm, 6pm-9pm. I spray the enclosure fully when I get home from work (between 5 & 6pm). On the weekends, this is done at 8-9am & again around 5pm
* Plants - plastic (waiting for the umbrella & hybiscus to grow tall enough at the moment)
* Location - In my bedroom in the far corner away from traffic, etc. There is an AC vent about a foot away but since I don't use the AC or heater in the house & I keep the vent closed, this shouldn't be an issue. My husband sometimes runs a fan in the room but far away from them, pointed away from them, & only when I have fabric across both cages to keep the moisture in & any residual breeze out.

Chameleon Info:
* Your Chameleon - Nosy Be panther female around 1.5 years old. Captive bred, I don't know who by but the original owner always bought from reputable breeders.
* Feeding - Varies by day but per week usually 20-30 medium crickets & 8-10 large silkworms. Usually 5 days a week. Crickets are gut loaded with flukers cricket diet with calcium, flukers cricket water with calcium as staples. Romaine lettuce, carrots, & apples are added depending on the day
* Supplements - Repcal Calcium with D3, Herpivite , Ground cuttlebone (I am not on the right computer at the moment to know for sure but I think it's D3 1x per month, MV 1 or 2x a week, & calcium 1 or 2x per week)
* Watering - See above humidity. No, I have never seen her drink but she's quite shy & hates when people are around so after I mist her tank I walk away so she can get a drink.
* Fecal Description - Urea is a good healthy white but the poop is runny
* History - She was a rescue after her male died due to neglect. I know she laid eggs in late 2009 or early 2010. While with the original owner, she was tested for parasites, etc & everything was clear. She has been in my care for around a month. She does eat well but I have to be where she can't see me for her to do this.
* Current Problem - She has runny poop (since about day 3 of being with me), the boy next to her poops from the same height & his are still solid after the drop but hers is more of a splatter. At her old house her poops were solid about 75% of the time, but then again she was only being fed crickets which I believe have almost no moisture. I'll take pic's when I get home if she pooped today.

She also looks to me recently like her skin is duller then before but she may just be getting ready to shed. This is the most recent picture I have of her

Also, she hates people so I can't take her out of her cage unless I cut the vine she's hanging out on. Then she just stresses out, gapes, & tries to bite. I bring the boy out at least 1x a week to go outside & get some sun (when I open his cage he climbs right onto me & is ready to go). It would really be more beneficial for her then opening a window as the sun is only though that window until around 10-11am & the temp isn't always high enough for me to open the window. I have to do a full cleaning/disenfect of her tank this weekend an I'm dreading it since it stresses her & me so much. During her weekly cleaning I just lift up her plant, slide the bottom out of the tank & set the plant back down while she's still on it while I disinfect the bottom of the tank & then repeat to put it back in. The whole time she gets pissed & gapes. Anyone have any pointers on how to get her out less stressfully?

Not to do with the poop issue but things you should look at...
does she have an opaque container of washed playsand in the cage so that she can dig to lay eggs if needed? (Minimum size 12"deep x 12" x 8")

Also, sunlight passing through glass won't provide UVB for her. (I think you meant it was through a screen...but I just thought I should mention it.

Is the cage near/in front of the window?
