poop frequency?

my 1 year old female veiled Carmie is usually quite regular when it comes to pooping, she usually goes at least every 2 days but she has only went once in the last 1 1/2 weeks that I can find in her enclosure anyways. I tried giving her a nice long warm shower a few days ago but it didnt seem to help. does anybody have any ideas to help things along? maybe a fat juicy hornworm? how often is 'normal' for a cham that is fed every 2nd day? thanks.

Is there any way to get her out to the sun? My guys poop in the sun, sometimes in a shower (not usually though,) and when I hold them for awhile. Raising her basking temps a little might get her pooping again.

im afraid that natural sunlight is out of the question right now as I live in Canada and the temps are too cool for her to go outside anymore. I keep her basking spot about 82 degrees but I guess I could try bumpin it up a bit temporarily and see if that helps. thanks.

I didn't have to, by the time I got home from work that day there was a big fresh one waiting and all has been 'regular' since lol.

i bet she feels relieved after that one I dont understand it sometimes my little girl poops out little ones and then all of a sudden theres this monster one, like i dont really change things all that much haha so its weird to me to all of a sudden see this huge thing that i have no idea made its way out of my little girl haha
