yeeeus, so is handling her while she shedding a problem? because I have made it a daily thing to handle her and it's starting to pay off. should I leave here be until she's done shedding?

Depends. My cham is kinda an ass while he's shedding. So I let him be until he's done, unless he needs shedding assistance.

My Chams are even less sociable when shedding too. You could try it, see how she responds and maybe she'll love you even more. Po is still only little so it won't take her long anyway

I decided against taking her out today. Thought I'd giver her some space. hahah Po actually doesn't love me just yet, baby steps. She at least will walk on my fingers now without trying to bite at them .. or getting so angry she looks like a puffer fish. Yesterday I had her out and she actually turned a happy green WHILE outside the cage and in my company, that's a big deal.

Wow, Po is growing so fast! That's the one great thing about veilds, how fast they grow. My kiwi is older than Po but is also a bit smaller. She also refuses any interaction, so I only take her out once in a while. I pretty much have to chase her down in her huge cage, which stresses her out pretty bad. but she calms down after a few minutes, especially if I let her loose! Hmm, maybe I'll try what you did, I'm starting to get desperate. I just want her to like me!

awhe kiwi sounds like my po... I chase po down every time or trick her into walking on to my hand hahah. Po gets all bothered too but once I go in for her I commit to it and have to get her out. I mean she's got to get used to this one day. she can't think a villain is going to go in there EVERY day to try to eat her. It's taking a while but I won't give up you shouldn't either!!

from what i understand some may not like no mater what... whats ur technique for getting her out does worms tease her make her cme to u less scarry hold t close till it gets there attn and slowly bring it further back so she cant just get it from in the cage with its looong tounge. i found grabbing (catching)to be scary
read online and they said try keeping ur palm flat at all times. something strange and i dont know if it helps but waldo doesnt come out and shades many mad colors when i wear my hat with a bright yelow bill think it might mater how bright you are in the wild bright is poisoness...
or maybe he doesnt like the steelers?

Haha I've tried the teasing with food method and also tried to trick her in to walking on to a stick, both failsss. Po see's my hands and throws a fit even if I'm just putting food in her cage . I know people say it's bad to reach for them when they're angry but it's really all I can do. I take one hand and put it in front of her then use my other hand to kind of push her butt so she walks on... that's on a good day however. Today I took her out, after a battle, and at the moment she's exploring all bright green and happy. Hopefully persistence will pay off!

i dont handle mine when he sheds i know hes probibly irratated enough. i only handle him on his terms.
