Here is some recommended information to include when asking for help in the health clinic forum. By providing this information, you will receive more accurate and beneficial responses. It might not be necessary to answer all these questions, but the more you provide the better. Please remember that even the most knowledgeable person can only guess at what your problem may be. Only an experienced reptile veterinarian who can directly examine your animal can give a true diagnosis of your chameleon's health.

Pictures are helpful
Sorry you are having problems. Could you fill in the above so we can help you.

whats the temp at basking spot?what is the temp in the rest of the cage?what cage do you use and how large?what lights do you use?

Try to give him some roaches or worms!gutload crickets or other bugs with fresh nutrient fruits or vegetables!and for suplement you must use plain calcium everyday,d3 cal twice per month and multivit twice per month!or you can just use repashy calcium plus dusting every feeder daily!instal a dripper!sorry for the writing im on mobile

We need you to complete the form in full so we can even begin to try and help you. Pics would be helpful also. Lighting is critical so we need to know all about that.

That's such a shame! I'm sorry for your loss. My guess is that if you were only using supplements 5 times every two weeks then that's how he got mbd. this can be avoided next time if you decide to get another cham.

He had MBD and past away yesterday on the way to the vet an hour away :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

sorry you lost your cham. If you decide to get another please come back to the forum so we can tell you what you need to keep your new one healthy. You never mentioned what kind of uvb light(if any) you were using. There are alot of things they require to stay healthy. Most likely Petsmart guided you in the wrong direction....
