ur Chameleon - Mylo is a male panther, he is 11 months old and I have had him for 8 months.
Handling - Atleast once a day, hes a friendly little guy who sits and waits for me to handle him.
Feeding - He has a diet of crickets, locusts and meal worms (occasionally) He normally eats 4 or 5 crickets or locusts a day however this has massively decreased over the past few days. The food is gut loaded with fresh fruit and veggies.
Supplements - Off the top of my head i have no idea as my other half deals with this. I can add this info later on..
Watering - I mist him atleast 3 times a day and shower him once a week. He normally drinks fine and his urates are white but this is sadly not the case anymore :(
Fecal Description - Was tested for parasites 4 months ago came back clear. Normally urates are white but recently orange. Have noticed he has stopped pooping reguarly so when he does go they are huge and hard. Constipated?
Cage Info: Cage Type - I have an extra large glass exo terra.
Lighting - Have an arcadia UV and a zoo med basking lamp. Lights come on at 7am and go off at 7.30pm.
Temperature - Basking spot ranges between 85-92 degrees.
Humidity - Humidity is between 70-85% done with misting and fogger.
Plants - I have an umbrella plant and two ficus plants.
Placement - The cage is in my living room, just me and my boyfriend here with no other pets.
Location - Oxford, UK.
Current Problem - Mylo has become very dehydrated over the past week. He is just finishing off a shed and whenever he is shedding he strops and goes on strike so wont eat or drink. But i am very concerned now. He has been sitting in his viv not doing a lot all day long, his casque has gone very soft and his urates are orange. I have increased mistings with warm water, tried showers, tried dripping onto his nose, even got desperate and tried to force it into him by opening his mouth because i know i am loosing him :( Dont judge me on this, yes i know they can choke, i am not stupid, just very upset and desperate.I have a vets appointment booked for Monday but need some suggestions please. I am willing to do anything i can to help him. Im in bits here!

Well the skin part on the top of his head has become squishy shall we say. Ive read somewhere that this is where fat can be stored so if this is true, could this be a result of him not eating?

When a cham is drinking enough but still shows signs of dehydration, it can be an indication of an internal problem.
Infections, parasites and kidney troubles are what come to mind.
Your vet checked for parasites, so that is unlikely.
The vet can check for infections and internal organ troubles with blood tests.

You're doing the right thing by trying to hydrate him as best as possible witrh increased mistings and showers.

My statements are not judgements of you, they are statements about what I would do differently and why.
I read an older post of yours from October 2012 that said, "I am using Prorep Calci Dust, Zoo Med Reptivite and Nutrobal. We were told by our reptile vet to give him calcium every day, apart from D3 every Wednesday and Sunday and Reptivite on the remaining days."
I'm not exactly sure how often "on the remaining days" means.

Reptivite is a multivitamin which comes in formulations with and without D3 and from what I've read Nutrobal--also a multivitamin--- has vitamin D3 and vitamins/minerals.
Even if you have Reptivite without D3, your cham seems to be getting an excess of vitamin D3 and multivitamins.
Bearded Dragons might do fine with this but chams are less tolerant of excess D3 or vitamin supplements.

If he was my cham, I would discontinue all supplements except the calcium, give him a couple of weeks to a month without any D3 or any vitamin supplement to help his system clear out excesses, if possible.
I would then use with either the Nutrobal or Reptivite with D3, but on a less frequent schedule, with plain calcium dustings on most days.
The ideal cham diet consists of a variety of feeders which are fed a nuritious gutloading diet and minimal use of supplements.
