No worries, its a sperm. Let grow little bit more and then you can remove it very gently.

Success! Thank you guys! I removed the other one as well since it was starting to protrud a bit. Made my little guy into a blanket burrito and he was calm through the whole thing.

I check my Chams butt everyday but it’s more like massaging his sides and just looking. Don’t go exploring unless it sticks out.
